Refund Policy

We genuinely want all our customers to be satisfied with the product they have bought. As such we offer a 30 days refund window on all purchase transactions, no questions asked.

Refund eligibility

  1. You are eligible for refund if you initiate refund process within refund window (30 days from the date of purchase)
  2. Refund is only available on the first purchase. If you purchase the premium package, and refund it, and purchase again (regardless of, if you used the same payment method or different one), you would not be eligible for refund on that second premium purchase.
  3. We cannot refund a transaction if you have reported it to your bank as fraudulent. Go through the refund process outlined below instead.

To initiate refund process

  1. Login into members area
  2. From the provided menu click on refund. And proceed from there.

In case you can't refund it using the automated process provided in members area, please contact refunds@pintowebplayer.com with the email id you used to purchase the premium.

You should get your refund within 10 business days after refund request has been accepted and confirmed. In case you do not get refund within that period, please contact refunds@pintowebplayer.com.

Note

Once refund is started your premium license will be invalidated and deactivated immediately.

Nonconformity and Sole Discretion

Please note that by purchasing the premium, you agree to the terms of services, including the refund policy. After 30 days have elapsed from the date of purchase for the software license, the buyer agrees they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods/software and signifies to the seller that the goods are conforming or that the buyer will take or retain them in spite of their nonconformity. At that point any amounts paid are no longer eligible for a refund.
