When we say "Content" we mean any content (text, HTML, images, pdfs, videos, audios, binaries, files) hosted on PintoWebPlayer, or included in any of our Services.

At PintoWebPlayer we respect your privacy rights. Account Level

If you purchase PintoWebPlayer premium package then we will have collected (through our payment partners) your email. We use it to send you product key, and to allow you to login to members area if you need to manage your product keys. Our payment partners may provide more data about the purchase (including your name, address, phone number, billing information, IP address). This data is also stored in your account for taxes and record keeping purposes.

We have no ad partners. We never show ads (on website, or on player). We also never share your account information with third party. Sole use of your account level information is to provide you with member area, where you can manage your product keys.

Site Usage

We are dedicated to continually improving your experience on our website. Like many companies, we use third-parties to help us track browsing, identify technical issues and provide ways to enhance your overall experience. Several of the tools that we use and what they do are:

Log Files: We use information gathered about you from our site statistics via log files provided by third-party tracking partners (for example, your IP address) to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. We also gather broad demographic information from this data to help us improve our site and make your browsing and purchasing experiences more enjoyable. Desktop app

1. With your consent, PintoWebPlayer desktop app will collect information like (you can opt out of this from player settings view):
   • which feature you use most often (This information allows us to prioritize more on popular features of the app)
     • Note: If you don't see any option to opt out of "Send broad usage statistics" in your player settings, then it means that your player version does not collect these usages at all.
   • application error if faced any (This information allows us to fix bugs and gives our user a better app)

This information is not linked to your account. But available to us as broad aggregated statistics. To guide application development and bug fixing.

Application error will include information like (operating system type, architecture, version. our application version. and information about the error).

2. When you activate premium version of the app (by providing product key), we will store information about your machine (machine id, os type, arch, version). This helps us to prevent pirated use of our app.

International Transfers

If you are visiting this Site and/or using Our Services from a country other than the country in which Our servers are located, Your communications with Us may result in the transfer of information (including Your Account information) across international boundaries. By visiting this Site, using Our Services and communicating electronically with Us, You consent to such transfers.
